Your question is not clear. We cannot understand your doubt properly. Reading the question, it seems you have very low percentile in your JEE Main and you want a solution for that. In that case, you have three options:
Option 1- Get admission in private colleges through management quota.
Option 2- Drop an year and prepare for next year to get some good colleges.
Option 3- Leave B.Tech and study BSc.

If you want to go with option 1, then you need to pay a huge amount of money to get admission in the private colleges since your JEE Main percentile is very low.

If you want to go with option 3, then you need to choose your preferred branch. Admission will be based on your 10+2 level performance. In some cases you might have to sit for an entrance exam.
