Hope you are in good health, regret to tell you that during counselling time you cannot change the caste , as its too late to change caste from the application paper /admit card. So, better luck next time , i also want to tell you if you are an general candidate and have put OBC/ST/SC etc as a caste you are still safe as you can go for the counselling through general category itself ,  you don't have to show any kind of general caste certificate there , but if you are a obc candidate and done ST/SC as caste or vice versa then sorry it can't be change , only option you left with is you have to go for counselling through general category.
