Dear aspirant,

As you haven't received your validity yet ,then you will be considerd as in open categry. Personally I'll suggest you try to get your validity if it is possible, becuase SC category students have lot of advantages over open category students.

But unfortunately , if you will fail to get your validity , then don't be panic.

When they call you for document verification then you can tell them that you haven't got your validity yet and you want to get admission via open category they will tell you further process.
