See during applying to any course and form filling you must be very careful, right now as per your score it may not a great mistake, but during the document verification you would face questions regarding providing of wrong information, so I suggest you to immediately contact with the university exam control, authority relating your issues.  if you get consent from them , than there will be no issue.
