You xan pursue any coursebase don interest like Msc, MBa, Masters, Integrated Msc+PHd based on what interests uou and where your aptitude lies.

Gap between 12th and Bsc doesnt matter much as long as you have good academics in graduation and great functional domain knowledge and good resume.
