Soha, OBC is not a Minority community. But there are Minority Castes. And while filling Category in NEET Application form, you should check if your Community falls under Central OBC List. If yes, then you can fill the Category as OBC Category. Now Muslims are a Minority Community and so where it asks you if you belong to Minority Community, you need to select "Yes". Please remember that the correction window will close by July 15th. So you might have to hurry up. And you will be entitled to 12% reservation in the State Counselling as per the State Government's 2017 ruling.
