I hope you're doing well, about your query it depends on this year's closing ranks, as for previous years (2020) data for lets say Computer Science branch:

1] NIT Trichy

Closing ranks for SC was: Home state - 1520  Other state - 198

2] NIT Delhi

Closing ranks for SC was: Home state students - 4013  Other state students - 1161

3]NIT Goa

Closing ranks for SC was: All India students: 1049  Goa region students- 22548

4]NIT Surathkal

Closing ranks for SC was: Home state students - 661  Other state students - 302

5] MNNIT Allahabad

Closing ranks for SC was: Home state students- 932  Other state students- 825

- The above colleges has seems pretty much hard to get an admission with your rank, but as I said earlier it depends on this years cutoff.

- It also depends in what region, stream of course you want to go for an admission.
