Hi, suma sree.

Neet is an all India common entrance examination for the medical aspirants to get into the undergraduate courses in both government and private colleges.

The minimum marks required by a student of your category to get into any government college is more than 390.

As you got more than that marks, you have more chances to get into any of the prominent government colleges

Hello Suma , NEET 2019 ranks are not released yet. So you can make prediction depending on last year rank. As per last year student in SC category got seat for 420+ marks. So you have chances in some of government medical colleges with this marks.

I hope it will help.

Thanks.
