Hello Narayan,
You cannot give NEET examination in 2019 and give your class 12th board exam in 2020.
To be eligible in NEET, either you should have completed your class 12th or should have appeared in class 12th boards in that particular year.
In the 2nd case you can put class 12th result in NEET application as result awaited.
