as i must infrom you, there are only 2 attempts that you can go for in JEE, one in 2018 that is you 10+2 exam appearing academic year and the next one.
now, since you've got 56% in your 10+2 exam, keep in mind that the eligibility criteria only says you to have 50% or more.
hence you can apply for the exam and prepare well as that'd be your last attempt.
