Sir i couldn't score well in JEE and +2CBSE for some reasons my score in CBSE +2 is 59.2%. To get admission in B.Tech. pl suggest govt./priv

See I don't think you'd be able to bag a govt college with that score and percentage of yours so I'd rather suggest you to go for a private college in NCR region. They are good enough for your bright future.

please suggest me to which university/college having good reputation and better placements should i go or would it better for me to go for improvements in 12th and JEE 2019. I am so much confused and in dilemma. what should i do at the present stage.

Hey there!!If it is possible for you to take a drop and give improvement for both +2 and JEE then go for it because you never know what awaits you or it might be that you score good next year.Just never lose hope and stay positive and do well next year!! Wish you good luck.. thank you:)
