Hii!
Once the application form is filled and submitted finally, you cannot edit or make any changes after that. That is why, you should fill the form carefully at one go only. Now, the only option left is you fill another form with a different email id and contact number. You have time till 21 March, 2021. You can fill the form (new) again.
