Hello,

If you will not be able to provide them with the EWS certificate you will be considered as general category student.

And also if I change my category as gen from gen ews in jee advanced registration, then I will be considered as general ?

Viwin Sorry you can't change your category in jee advance,you will be considered as general category if you will not be able to provide them with the certificate
