Now, you should apply for the third round of the counselling. And this time be more careful about ordering your options. Don't include any option that is difficult to obtain with your rank. Include options that you will surely get with your rank and the best way to do this is by lowering the bar becuase, un the third round of counselling, there are even lesser seats available.
