Today15/02/2018 in cbse notifications of Additional faq they clearly mentioned  if Photo is correct in dimensions & in kb size without name & date  application form will be accepted so don't worry  .You can check ADDITIONAL FAQ ON http://www.cbseneet.nic.in quetion number 12

No Trisha, it's not OK. You have to upload passport photo with name and date below it. The passport should also have white background. The size should be 10kb-100kb. For more details go through the link https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-application-form.
