Hope you are doing all good. The problem would be solved when after clearing your exam, you will go for documents verification. If your original date of birth doesn't affect terms and conditions to sit in SSC MTS, then there should not be any problem.

Alternatively, to be on the safe side , you can approach the SSC Board authorities with an application to correct the date of birth on the said certificate. Attach with the application a duly attested affidavit in support of the contents of the application. Also attach a certified copy of your birth certificate .
