Hello manoj , if you failed any of your exam in 12th then you cannot sit for NEET 2019. The eligibility criteria for NEET is to have 50% ( for genral) , 45% ( for PH) and 40% ( for SC/ST) in PCB. If you fail clear any three papers i.e physics, chemistry or biology then you do not meet eligibility criteria for NEET.

For qualifying examination, it states that a candidate who is appearing in the qualifying examination (Class 12), and whose result is awaited, may apply for NEET but he/she shall not be eligible for admission to the MBBS or BDS, if he/she does not pass the qualifying examination with the required pass percentage of marks at the time of first round of counselling.
