Hello,

Kindly check the SMS or Mail you recieved from them when you registered.

They send your registration number with that mail and SMS,  In case you have lost that mail and SMS then you can contact their authorities so they will resolve your issue.

Try finding the registration number in your email (search for the date when you were filling the form) or in your sms (on the registered mobile number).
