For downloading the admit card, there is no need for a download copy of the application form. After opening the official website of the RUHS, you can click on the admit card option and fill up with your user ID and password. There is an option available for recover password in case you have forgot or lost it.

Apart from it, if the user ID is other than your email address, the same might be available on the registered mobile number as a text message and on your registered email address. You can check them for the login credentials or contact with the officials.
