Well according to last year's cutoff you may or may not have chances of getting a government medical college in telangana. 

You haven't mentioned a category here, so if I assume that you belong to general category then you can get an A category seat only in one college :Ayaan Institute of Medical College Sciences.

But if you belong to some reserved category you may have better options.
