It is not possible for a candidate who is giving re-examination in a subject can go for admission in the degree programs  As the Engineering course itself demands that the candidate must have passed 12th examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects as eligibility, I would suggest you to pass your 12th first and then go for admissions to any Bachelor's degree Engineering course in a government college.
