Hello aspirant,
I hope that you are doing well. It is difficult to get private seat in 150 marks. Your score should be above 520 to get government seat for bhms in state quota. Last year qualifying marks of neet for general category was 149 . Although getting bhms seat depends upon various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of exam, AIQ rank, category, region, state, state rank,etc. But You can try for private seat.
