You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a rank of 15,464 ,if in general category, the chances of procuring a seat in the IHM's are difficult when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, the closing ranks for IHM's in general category was around 13,000 for government institutes. Otherwise, you can apply for any private institutes. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
