Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College under state quota for obc category.  Although you have got 571 marks,  but this year's neet paper was easy and that's why cut off for medical colleges have gone way high.
So , you will have chance of getting a seat in government medical college in mop up round only if your rank is around 56758 or less.
