Sorry to inform you but with 71% in your class 12th it might be a bit difficult for you to get admissions in B.com hons in an good college as the demand for courses like B.com and B.com hons are quite high and so are it's cutoffs thus you might not be able to secure a seat with 71% in your 12th in an government college. So, I might suggest you to go for a private college instead.
