Dear Ajinkya, your Examination ventres are alloted on first cum first serve basis. So for example there are only 50 available seats in the centre you chose, and you were the 52nd person to choose that centre, the first 50 people who chose that centre will be alloted that centre and the rest will be given other centres to write their examination. It can neither be disputed nor changed. So it mighy be a little disappointing but you have appear for your exam in the alloted centre only.

But mam If my 1st priority center is full them they should allotte me the center in next priority center out of  four but I get different center other than selected 4 center. For Eg I choose Akola As a center but I get Ahamadnagar which is not in my option out of four

This first cum first serve basis for all the exam centres. And as mentioned earlier, centre allocation cannot be disputed upon.
