Yes there would be an issue in further process because in the information bulletin of NEET UG it is given that you have to upload impression of all fingerprints so if you do not follow instructions then you might face some complications, but don't worry you can correct your mistake during NEET UG correction window. You can re-upload the fingerprint impressions during NEET UG correction window which will be opened once the application process gets concluded i.e. after May 15th, 2022.

When the correction window will get opened then you can follow the given procedure to make correction in your NEET UG 2022 application :-
