          Your seat allotment clearly depends on the way you have filled your preferences and priorities. For your rank, it is not so likely for you to get a seat in the first few rounds. You may have a chance mostly only in the later rounds. It is requested for you to apply for the special round if you do not get any seats in all the 7 rounds.
