Dear Priyanka,
In 2017 the last candidate from OBC secured a seat in DU LLB with score of 200 (3894 Rank) according to DU LLB Expected Cutoff for 2018 200-210 (3100-3900 rank) will be cutoff marks for OBC candidates this time. As you have scored exactly 111 way less than that, this makes your chances very tough. Best of luck!
