Hello lovepreet, we cant predict as which college you will get as cut offs do change every year and it also based on various other categories.. 

but as per your marks there are very less chances of getting government colleges.. has for getting govt college you need score more than 400 .. as per your marks you can get admission in private college ie : hp college of sunder nagar or paonta sahib..

Hello student,
With a score of 118 in St category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 400 or above remained to be a safe zone for St category under the state quota
