Hi aspirant, since you have 148 marks in UPSEE so on behalf if this marks you have clearly qualified the exam and you can also apply for counselling but since you have low rank so it may takes you to the door of private cilleges which comes under UPSEE so you can't get any government college on this rank so you have to overall satisfy yourself with private college only nothing option is left in this case.
