As you score 150 marks in neet so I guess your rank is around 5 lakh - 6 Lakh. But your selection in any deemed university is  depend on your category rank or category(CASTE).

I assume you to be a general category student and according to the cut-off you can get into these colleges:

• B.L.D.E University, Bijapur
• Saveetha Medical College, Chennai
• Sri Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences, Puducherry

Apply in abroad university according to your budget . In fact , you have chances to get a scholarship also .
