As ews quota is newly implemented so its difficult for me to assure you that either this rank is sufficient to get you admission into any nit or not .
But according to the information about cutoff for ews its very difficult for you to get admission into any nit with 15k rank under ews quota as there are total of 18k seats in nit and only 10 percent seats are reserved to get admission into any lower nits one have to score a rank below 8k under ews quota .
