Yes You will qualify for JEE advance.

As per the last Year trend around 2.25 lac students are qualified for advance exam.& According to this you scored very good in JEE mains Your Expected percentile is lie between 98-100 & Your rank is around 10K-11K

Last year JEE advance cutoff percentile was 90..so You will definately qualified for Advance.
