Firstly, your category rank is not too good orr not too bad. You may get lower branches in nits but you can not expect cse branch at this rank.

I would suggest you to take part in josaa counseling and may be you get a better branch of a good nit.

your chances of getting a college with the Computer science branch is very low. I will suggest you to better take a drop and prepare well for the JEE examination next year so that you can get a good rank and a good college with CSE branch. You can also take admission this year if you are a dropper but you may get a private college only, there is less chance of you getting the GFTI.
