Your marks are more than the minimum qualifying score for OBC candidates ,so you can surely get an MBBS seat but to get a seat in BAMS in government college , a student must have a score above 550 and as your score is much less than that. You have no chances of getting a seat in any government college. You only have chances to get a seat in deemed universities. Since you haven't mentioned the name of your preferred state or region , i can not tell  you the names of deemed universities where you can  get admission.
