You didn't mention the necessary details like your category, region and whether you have farmers quota or not. So it will be difficult to predict the exact details.

However for a rank above 20,000 it is very difficult to get any of the seat in Telangana as the minimum previous cutoff's for any branch was below 10,000 for any category.
