The cut-off for MDS is very high especially when it comes to government college. On top of that you belong to (open) General category. The maximum that you can have a cut off for MDS government college belonging to General category is your AIR being in between 500-900/1000, that too when seats are availble. I would be very clear and open with you that you cannot get a seat. So you can explore your other options.
