CSAB seat allotment would begin from July 19, 2019 and round 2 would be somewhere between July 27 and July 31, 2019. You may have slim chances at NIT Agartala, Sant Longwal Engineering College, etc but you may not get admission. So it is better to apply for spot round in certain colleges in UP or simply take admission in private colleges like Amity, etc
