Congrats for performing great in JEE Advanced. At this rank, you can get almost all the branches except CSE at the top 10 IITs. Below is the list of colleges and branch which you might get:

IIT Roorkee ( ECE)
IIT Guwahati ( Mathematics and Computing, ECE)

IIT Madras ( Mechanical )
