In order to get admission in private colleges, you need to have cleared the NEET examination. That's the basic criteria. So, yes you will get admission in private colleges but the choice of college is yours. With 246 marks in UR category, you might not get any government medical college through All India quota or state quota for admission to undergraduate courses in MBBS/BDS. You might not even get private medical colleges.
So I'll suggest you to go for some other courses or prepare fo NEET next year and secure better marks.
