Hi Candidate! You have not mentioned your category and state. By the way 259 marks are low to get a seat in government colleges. But you can get a seat in various private colleges. But the possibilities of seat in government college is negligible if you are from general category. But you can wait for the counselling as the cutoff and score varies year to year for colleges.
