Hello Aspirant;

As you have mentioned your category above, you might get a government colleges in 2nd or 3rd round of uptu counseling. And another thing I want to tell you that last year lucknow university issued a notification regarding the direct admission for UPSEE candidates. So, hope this year it also happens , keep checking the LU website regularly after the announcement of the result.
