Admission to government medical colleges is done under two categories. All India quota (15%) and state quota(85%). Each state declares a seprate merit list for candidates of that state.

With 26663 rank in NEET there are very less chances of getting any government college under all India quota. However, you have high chances of getting lower ranked colleges in your home state under state quota (85%). So fill up online form of your state's medical admission process and opt for lower colleges in your state.
