Dear Pochmi, you haven't mentioned your sub-category (ST-plain or ST-Hill). Nevertheless I am mentioning you the cut offs for different for both of them.
ST-Plain

Gauhati Medical College, Guwahati-331
Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh-297
Silchar Medical College, Silchar-270
Jorhat Medical College & Hospital, Jorhat-286
Tezpur Medical College & Hospital, Tezpur-264

That means if you belong to ST-Plain then you have a chance of getting only 2 colleges as per last year cut offs.

ST-Hill

Gauhati Medical College, Gauhati - 251
Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh-232
Silchar Medical College, Silchar-223
Jorhat Medical College & Hospital, Jorhat-217
Tezpur Medical College & Hospital, Tezpur-211

If you belong to ST-Hill then you will surely get seat in GOVT medical college under STATE QUOTA.
Also since the exam was bit easy this year so the cut offs are expected to increase this year.
