Hello student,
With a rank of around 2,900 in SC category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the IIT's when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, the closing ranks were between 1,000 and 1,500 for various IIT's in SC category.
However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection
