Yes its no doubt a good College. Do apply for it. Even your rank and scores are good enough to be applicable on this. Its flourished with all the amenities be it curriculum , academic programs or environment everything is good. You'll definitely get thos college with choice of your branch too.

Thanks for asking your query,as per your rank and performance in ts eamcet 2019 you may apply for PJTSAU because you have certain quota which could help you but do not rely on one college because your rank is too low to get desired college at 1st or 2nd round .
