I regret to inform you that with such a low rank even after your sc category you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or any other government colleges.

As nits and government colleges are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.

Either you take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any reputed private institutes like srm.or lpu university.
