Sir i got 3122 rank for ipu cet so i get any college private and government in ip university 

Every year there is opening and closing rank  of cut off goes for different branches and different colleges. This year what will be the cut off we can't tell exact but you can predict it that it will fall in between. I am giving you the link of previous year cut off and I think you may get colleges.
