Chances with NITs like the top ones are negligible.
You can although expect NIT Sikkim, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Manipur, NIT Mizoram which are relatively newer.
The cutoff trends for top NITs suggest only top 9000 ranks in SC category have decent chances.

You can try private engineering colleges like MGMC, Thakur Mumbai, Don Bosco Munbai, SIT Bhubaneswar.
